Yuyao Weili Industrial And Trade Co., Ltd. is located in Mou Shan Industrial Zone in Yu Yao City, which is a famous city in China for plastic tool fabrication and raw material trading. We enjoy very convenient transportation and logistics, and are 5 minutes' drive from Huhanyong Highway, and 60km from Chinese second biggest harbor - Ningbo harbor.
Our company started manufacturing operation in January 2007 and has focused on heavy gauge thermoforming with 2000sqm production floor area. The thermoforming process is controlled with PLC system. 6 axis robotic routers have been introduced for keep high quality of products. The maximum forming size is 3000x2000x800mm with sheet thickness of 10mm.
With many years experiences in plastic industry, we have very strong engineering capability. Starting from beginning of product development, we have expertise to communicate and discuss with customer on the part design, structure modification and tool desgin.
Our company has much experience to form the materials of ABS, HDPE, PVC, HIPS, PP, PMMA, and PETG, for the applications of machinery cover panels, automotive parts, medical instrument cover panels, display panels, and plastic pallets.
As secondary process, we also have our own paint booth for surface coating
